This endpoint will return every non-default tag in the caller's estate that used data over
the requested number of days, alongside its total for the equally-long period before it. Default tags
are excluded: exactly one is auto-applied to every SIM, so including it would return a single row
holding essentially all usage. Partners that apply no tags of their own get an empty list.
