This method returns an unpaged list of all Partners available on the account using the specified filters.
Partners create a logical tenant instance on the platform

Allowed:

The Partner to get the available Partners from. Must be the authenticated Partner or one of its descendants.

Defaults to the authenticated Partner

boolean

Whether to include each Partner's Platform Features.

Defaults to true
